Sasha's Happy Life

As far back as she can remember, she has never stopped drawing. As a child, she would draw on anything she could get her hands on. She has a very large family, two sisters. And when her sisters were little, she drew comics for them. She studied at an art college and during her studies she did an internship at the Bolshoi Theater.

Then she studied at the University of Art. She is a member of the Union of Professional Artists in Russia.

Sasha's Happy STYLE

She uses colored pencils and “living brushes” (these are brushes for oil painting and watercolor). At first she does a very detailed drawing, then starts working with color, using both colored pencils and digital oil. She also likes to play with color and change some details, adding elements that could make the portrait more playful.

Why we LOVE Sasha

Sasha has a very particular technique that makes her drawings very modern and gives them a glossy side like printed on plexi!

Adept of pastel tones, she creates harmonious portraits that are part of a new generation aesthetic. The characters are in the center of the portrait and we feel that she tries to detect their personality without adding filters or makeup!
