How to order?
1- If you wish to have a personalised portrait by this artist, select the format and the number of people appearing in the portrait
2- Choose the orientation of the portrait
3- Specify your wishes (decor, colour, accessories, composition). The more precise you are, the more the portrait will be faithful to your wishes.
4- Upload your photos which will be used as a basis for the realization of the portrait (one or more, individual or group)
5- Once your order is validated, you will be able to give us your contact details and choose your payment method
6- After receiving your order and your photos, the Happy Funky Team will contact you.
7- As soon as the first draft of your work is completed by the artist, we will send it to you for validation. You will then have the opportunity to give us the green light to proceed to the final realization or to give us your comments which will result in a second and final draft.
8. The artist will then be happy to send your portrait to the address indicated at the time of the order!
Delivery and payment
Where do we deliver?
We deliver in France and in Europe (except Switzerland and the United Kingdom). An additional cost may be incurred for Corsica, Monaco, certain offshore islands and French overseas departments and territories.
For international deliveries outside Europe, you can contact us on [email protected] to obtain a detailed estimate according to your destination country.
How are the delivery costs calculated?
Our delivery costs are calculated according to the delivery address and the type of product in the basket. Thus, each product has a different shipping cost which is calculated for you during the validation of your order. You will be able to consult the amount of shipping costs related to your current order from your shopping cart.
In France, deliveries are made within 3 to 5 working days (Monday to Friday).
In Europe, deliveries are made within 5 to 8 working days (Monday to Friday).
Your order is delivered to the delivery address indicated on the order form. If you are absent at the time of delivery, a delivery notice is left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest post office. The parcels are kept pending at the Post Office for 15 calendar days. An identity document is required to collect your parcel. In case of non withdrawal within the time limit set by the carrier, the products will be returned to Happy Funky Family.
Delivery in France and Europe - bulky portraits by Dhl or Ups eco
Large portraits are portraits whose total dimensions exceed 2m.
In France, deliveries are made to your home within 3 to 5 working days after making an appointment within 3 days. Delivery by a person at the doorstep of your home. The parcel will be delivered against signature.
In Europe, deliveries are made within 5 to 10 working days (depending on the country) after making an appointment within a maximum of 3 days. Delivery by a person at the doorstep of your home. The parcel will be delivered against signature.
Express service possible on estimate.
The delivery times we indicate are those generally observed by the carrier. They are added to the time of availability of the product and the time of dispatch related to the treatment and the preparation of the order. No reimbursement of shipping costs will be made in the event of delivery within a longer period than those indicated.
We would like to provide you with accurate information about shipping costs. Without even having to log in or create an account, you can see the exact amount of shipping costs to be paid in your shopping cart by indicating the country of delivery, before confirming your order.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated according to the place of delivery and the products ordered, so as to ensure that the cost is as fair as possible.

It is important to know that customs fees and import taxes are charged once the package has arrived in the destination country. As your order is being held by customs, you may have to pay additional fees and taxes. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package.
Unfortunately, we have no control over the amount of these fees and are unable to determine the amount as customs clearance policies and import taxes vary greatly from country to country.
Precautions to be taken during delivery
When you receive your order, it is important to make sure that your package has not been damaged during transport. This check must be made at the time of delivery and in the presence of the delivery person.
If the packaging of your package and/or the product(s) has been damaged, note the defects and damage on the carrier's delivery note. You can also refuse the package. This delivery note will be an important piece of evidence so that the Happy Funky Family or the carrier can compensate you (refund, exchange).
