Marta was born in Poland into a family that has always motivated her to practice the art of drawing – her father was an illustrator and cartoonist for animated films, her mother a gifted portraitist. Naturally Marta chose to study at the Fine Arts. After her 4th year, with a girlfriend, she went to France to spend the summer there. She stayed there for almost a year, fell in love with this country, its culture, its cuisine, its landscapes and a man…
With her diploma in her pocket, she moved to Paris. Among other things, she has illustrated a few children’s books, decorated the La Parizienne hotel in the Montparnasse district with her drawings and has recently done live portraits in the context of animations for luxury brands such as Vuitton, Lancôme, Armani…
She loves walking, painting or drawing outdoors, with people and their faces as her favourite subject. She (almost) never goes out without her sketchbook.
